paying it forward

My goal is to provide resources to those who are looking to find support and I believe cost should not be a barrier. I provide up to four free coaching sessions to qualifying individuals in need who cannot afford this resource. A percentage of the cost goes towards funding this outreach.

Each time we meet, you help to provide a session to someone in need. That means by taking those first steps towards self-care, you are also helping others who are looking for support.
